Blue-stemmed golenrod does not spread as aggressively as other goldenrods, making it varniable to being endangered. Naturally found at the base of mighty oak trees.

Grows 2-3 ft in clay, loam, sand, dry to medium soils.

Blooms in full to partial shade Aug-Sept.

Deer resistant.
