Blue-stemmed goldenrod germinates much slower than all other goldenrod. Available late spring-summer.

Graceful arches covered in clusters of tiny yellow flowers. Stems carry a purplish tone. Prefers shady areas, but will tolerate full sun.

Great late season texture & color for shaded gardens.

Provides critical late season nectar for pollinators.

Blue-stemmed goldenrod does not spread as aggressively as other goldenrods, making it vulnerable to being endangered. Naturally found at the base of mighty oak trees. Grows 2-3 ft in clay, loam, sand, dry to medium soils.

Blooms in full to partial shade Aug-Sept.

Deer resistant.
