Natives are grown on site from seeds or bare roots.

Readiness of orders is determined by the growth rate of each species.

Growth rates vary per species.

 

 When an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent.

An email notification will be sent when orders are ready for shipment or

to arrange a pick-up date.

 

If crop loss occurs prior to shipment or pick up,

an email notification will be sent & substitutions or refunds will be given. 

 

A tracking notification will be sent once packages are shipped. 

Natives are shipped USPS & shipping fees are calculated by weight.

If packages arrive damaged, an email with pictures needs to be sent to us  

within 48hrs.

We will file a claim with the carrier. 

 

Some natives are not available for pre-orders or shipment.
